About Our Honey

Each one of our local bees visits as many as 100 flowers during each trip from the hive. They even do a little “dance” to let the other bees know where the good nectar and pollen is.  Unlike mass-market honey, which is often produced and processed overseas, our honey is naturally made in the USA. We let our bees fend for themselves and develop their own natural resistance to the bee mites that are impacting honeybees in North America.

Time does sure fly – we received our first “Jersey Fresh” License on February 1st, 2000!

We have been inspected – the inspection was an FDA Contract Inspection conducted by the New Jersey Department of Health.
